IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ

YOUR ARRIVAL
It is very important that you and your wedding party arrive 45 minutes prior to your wedding ceremony start time! The 45 minutes prior to your ceremony will be used for preparation and a 15 minute ceremony rehearsal.

Please fill in the information in the corresponding fields in regards to the order in which the ceremony will performed. If the question does not pertain to your ceremony, you can simply leave it blank. Every person or couple walking down the aisle will need to be listed in the order of which they are walking. The order is usually grandparents, parents, the wedding party, the ring bearer, the flower girl and finally the bride. The first couple or individual to walk down the aisle would be the furthest out from the center when lining up as seen in the image below.

Please fill out the information below for your ceremony music choices. Leave all fields blank that are not applicable. We have beautiful traditional wedding pipe organ music we can play for your ceremony or if you have certain music you want for the different parts of your ceremony, you MUST provide the Youtube URL website links (For example www.youtube.com/yourvideo) into each corresponding part of your wedding ceremony below. We only have 3 rules at the gazebo.

1. NO DROPPING ARTIFICIAL FLOWER PETALS. These flower petals are non-biodegradable and may not be used at the gazebo. Only real flower petals may be used on the ground at the gazebo. Artificial flowers may be used for decorations on the gazebo only.

2. We DO NOT allow aisle runners at the gazebo. These are a dangerous trip hazard, are very difficult to lay flat in the wind and may not be used at the gazebo. 

3. PLEASE DO NOT use tape when decorating the gazebo, only wire or zip ties. If you choose to decorate the gazebo, it is recommended that you bring additional help (not wedding party individuals) to assist in decorating the gazebo to your liking prior to your ceremony. The wedding party will not be available during this time to assist in decorating the gazebo. We cannot delay the start time of your ceremony due to decorating. If you need more than 45 minutes for additional decorations, please let us know. We will try to accommodate you, but we cannot guarantee more time will be available since there may be a wedding ceremony taking place prior to your ceremony.
