Hello!!

1. If you haven’t done so already, please make sure you fill out and submit the “Ceremony Questionnaire” form on our website. This form does NOT need to be filled out if you are doing a “Signature Package”. This form gives us all the information needed for your parents, bridal party, flower girl and ring bearer and anyone else walking down the aisle before you. You can find this form under the “Info” menu or at https://mylittleweddingchapel.com/questionnaire-choices.
   
   

2. Please contact us to schedule a meeting to pay your balance (if you have not one so). This meeting needs to take place AT LEASE 7 days prior to your wedding date. If you have a balance to pay, please remember we only except cash for balance payments, (a 4% fee will be added to all balance payments using a credit or debit card). We will cover all the details needed to make sure things go perfectly on your big day! We will also use this time to make sure your music is correct and in order.
   
   
3. The wedding rehearsal will be done ON THE DAY OF the wedding. This is a VERY quick process and does not need to be done on a different day. It literally takes about 10 minutes to do. Everyone in the wedding party will know exactly where they will be standing and how they will be walking in the lineup.
   
   
4. Please make sure you remind your wedding party it is VERY IMPORTANT to arrive to the church 45 minutes prior to the start of your wedding ceremony. We cannot stress how important this is! This time is used to prepare and to run through a quick rehearsal for your ceremony. If the couple is not seeing each other prior to the ceremony, the bride (hetero wedding) or one individual (same sex wedding) can partake in the rehearsal. If the couple IS seeing each other prior to the ceremony, they may BOTH partake in the rehearsal but BOTH need to arrive 45 minutes before the start of the ceremony. Please note: WE CANNOT START THE CEREMONY LATE DUE TO CERTAIN INDIVIDUALS ARRIVING LATE. A $75 FEE WILL BE ACCESSED IF THE CEREMONY NEEDS TO BE DELAYED MORE THAN 15 MINUTES BY FAULT OF THE WEDDING PARTY.
   
   

4. If you plan on bringing additional decorations for the church, please let us know when filling out the “Ceremony Questionnaire” on our website. We strongly suggest bringing additional people to help decorate the church, NOT INCLUDING the wedding party. The wedding party will not be available to decorate prior to the wedding ceremony since they will be running through a quick ceremony rehearsal at the time.
   
   

5. Don’t forget your marriage license!! If you have not obtained your marriage license yet, you need to do this as soon as possible. Your wedding is approximately 3 weeks away. This is the most important document of the day.
